SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please see each individual product listing for current creation time. Creation time does not include U.S observed holidays & weekends. If  you need your items sooner for any specific reason such as baby shower or gifting purposes, please e-mail us.

We ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.

 

Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class and Priority mail with tracking. Once shipped, you will get an automatic e-mail with the tracking number for your package.

Disclaimer: HelloxSugar is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is out of our control once the package leaves the shop. What you see on the USPS website is what we see.  Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. 

***Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (minus shipping & no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the custom handmade nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges on ALL of our items. All sales are final. 

 

There may be slight variations in pattern placement/ color. If there is a problem with your order, then please contact us through e-mail. If your items do not match your color theme, please feel free to resell or gift them. There are NO exceptions. If there is a workmanship issue regarding the product, please send an e-mail. Workmanship issues will only be considered within 3 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your product, it will be exchanged for the same product only. No refunds will be given. 

HelloxSugar has the right to refuse exchange/refund, and is subject to request proof of defect.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of placing an order. After the 72 hours, all sales are final! There will be no refunds. Please be sure to double check your order and creation times before placing the order. If the item is no longer needed, please feel free to gift or resell. If you have any questions about the nature of your order, please end an email to us.
